Yes. A booking fee equal to 50% of your service total is required to secure your date. The booking fee goes toward your total balance.

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak season dates. Popular dates tend to fill quickly, so securing your artist in advance ensures availability.

Trial sessions are typically scheduled after your main booking is confirmed. For weddings, trials are best booked a few months before the event, once your vision, dress, and overall style are finalized.

No. I specialize in intimate weddings and smaller bridal parties, so there is no minimum number of services required. You can book as little as a single hair or makeup service, or multiple services for a small group—whatever fits your wedding day needs. No service minimum fee applies.

For each wedding, all hair and makeup services are booked under one contract with one designated point of contact. This includes services for the bride and any wedding party members receiving services as part of the same wedding. Having one contract and one point of contact helps keep communication clear, payments organized, and the getting-ready schedule running smoothly. For this reason, individual wedding party members are not booked or billed separately.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your contract and may vary depending on the details of your booking. In general, if you cancel more than 60 days before your wedding date, payments made will be refunded, minus any services already provided or expenses already incurred. If you cancel less than 60 days before the wedding, payments made are non-refundable. However, any travel or additional fees that have not yet been incurred will be refunded.
I understand that plans can change, so I always do my best to be reasonable and work with each situation within the terms of the contract.

Staying on schedule is very important on a wedding day, so everyone receiving services should be ready at their scheduled start time. If someone is running late, I’ll always do my best to work with the time available, but the service may need to be modified, shortened, or, in some cases, may not be possible to complete.

I can personally accommodate up to 6 services in one day, whether that’s all makeup, all hair, or a combination of both. For larger wedding parties, I can bring in additional trusted hair and makeup artists as needed, as long as arrangements are made in advance. Any applicable fees beyond the cost of the services themselves, such as travel or early/late-hour fees, are calculated per artist.

Most makeup and hair services take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. In rare cases, timing may extend up to 1.5 hours, depending on the look and hair type.

While I cannot guarantee wear time, makeup and hair are designed to last throughout the day with proper care. Avoiding excessive touching, swimming, or tight clothing changes, along with proper makeup maintenance (such as blotting instead of rubbing), will help ensure longevity.

Yes. All makeup applications are designed to look beautiful both in person and on camera, including professional photography and flash.

Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup. Light, familiar skincare (such as your regular moisturizer or serum) is perfectly fine — avoid trying new products before your appointment. Hair should be clean, completely dry, and free of oils or heavy styling products.

Absolutely. Inspiration photos are always welcome and help guide the process. I tailor each look to your features, preferences, and overall aesthetic to ensure the result feels like you.

While I can’t guarantee how your skin may react to individual products or ingredients, I take product safety and hygiene very seriously. I use only authentic, trusted professional products and follow proper hygiene, sanitation, storage, and tool-cleaning practices. If you have any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or a history of reactions to cosmetic products, please let me know before booking so we can discuss them in advance.

Travel fees are based on the address where you’ll be getting ready. I’ll need the exact location to calculate the distance and estimated travel time. A minimum $25 travel fee applies to all on-location services, with the final fee determined by the distance and travel time to your location.

Yes. If free parking is not available, the client is responsible for covering all parking expenses.

I will need a table or any wide, flat surface for my kit (a desk, vanity, or even a wide windowsill works well). Natural, indirect light is ideal, but I always bring professional lighting. At least one power outlet is required regardless of the service booked.

For larger groups, when there’s a longer getting-ready schedule, I always allow a little extra time at the end to refresh and touch up everyone I’ve worked with before I leave.
If you’d like me to stay longer for additional touch-ups or on-site support, this is available as an add-on service for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
